The Delonghi High Pressure 15 bar Espresso Maker is a nice small machine. It doesn’t take a lot of counter space. It did take me a few trial runs to figure it out but it works as it should without any bells and whistles. The steam attachment for the foam is in a awkward place. It would also be nice to be able to put a regular sized coffee cup in this. You cant use it without espresso cups.

Over the years my coffee addiction has gotten pretty obsessive. All kinds are my kind. So when I seen this. I had to have it. I felt like a barista when I got it! I’ve watched people make my coffee for years and this was pretty much as simple as me watching. Read the directions and took off. Super easy to use. Easy to clean. And it tastes great.

So far, this espresso machine seems pretty easy to use. The best instructions are very clear and the unit doesn’t take up much space on my counter. I know I’ll need to play around with it a bit to get the espresso exactly to my liking, but that’s not a problem. It does vibrate a bit when brewing, but that seems to be normal. I’m looking forward to making yummy lattes and cappuccinos!

I got this a month ago and I am so glad I did! I used to make daily trips to the local coffee shop and getting this machine has saved me so much money, without having to sacrifice taste or quality! I love the style/looks of the machine, modern but classic with the black and stainless steel look. Matches my kitchen perfectly so I just leave it out on my counter all the time, unlike other small kitchen appliances. Now let’s get down to the business of it. It works better than I imagined and is so easy to use. I’ll admit, at first, I was a bit intimidated. I shouldn’t have been. Start off by filling the water reservoir (which is detachable and makes refills so easy!) and then pick your shot or two! The water and steam pressures are controlled by seperate thermostats so everything comes out at the perfect temperature. The steam wand is my favorite feature, and makes frothy cappucinos in no time! I do want to note that it doesn’t come with cups but a 2.5 cup is perfect size, I also use a 3″, just tilt it to get it under the handle. A typical tea cup is the perfect size. I highly recommend getting a tamper, though, so much easier! I love this machine, seriously. I can’t rave enough about it and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Easy to use, easy to clean and SO good!

This espresso maker is a great little machine and will not break the budget. It perfect for a beginner who wants to make espresso at home (and save a bit of money!) but may be intimidated to use anything other than a drip coffee maker. I have used this machine for a couple of weeks and become more impressed each day. It is straightforward to use, from making espresso shots to using the milk frother. It is also very easy to clean and small enough to fit on a counter which makes it perfect for a smaller kitchen because you’ll never want to put it away! Some things to be aware of – you cannot fit a large cup under the espresso dispenser. The instructions are easy to follow but you may need a couple of practice runs to get your process just right. The machine can also bit a bit noisy, but not for long. Overall I am thrilled with this machine and look forward to using it every morning. I highly recommend it!

This is the best affordable, beginner and compact espresso and cappuccino maker on the market (in my opinion). This espresso maker is compact and pretty easy to use. As a first time espresso maker user, it did have a bit of a learning curve, but I think I’ve gotten the hang of it pretty quick. My biggest complaint is that the tray under that you place the cup on has next to no clearance for a normal sized cup at all. Thankfully, I had a child’s size teacup that I could use to put under to catch the espresso being made, but I also had to take out the silver piece to give an additional inch or so of clearance to even get the cup underneath. An additional complaint, though not nearly as frustrating, is how loud it is. When the machine is warming up, there is no sound. However, once you turn it on to brew espresso it vibrates loudly. It isn’t high pitched, and thankfully anyone in my house who is still sleeping are all away from the kitchen, but it is definitely inconvenient. It also doesn’t come with a frother cup. So, that has to be purchased separately or you have to use a cup you already have, which isn’t unfeasible. All in all, I am happy to have this. The espresso it produces is great, and while I still have a couple curves to figure out, I think I’ll iron out the rest of the kinks as I go.

We so needed one of these at work. Set up was super easy; You can only use little cups (we have big mugs) but once we got the smaller cups we were in business. The machine is pretty loud which scared us at first but its worth it! Clean up is a breeze as well

this is a great machine. the instructions were hard to understand and didnt show you really how to use it. i had to look it up online to see how to use it. after that i found that it heats milk quickly and it tastes really good but only makes a tiny cup.. this is easy to clean. it seems to take forever to warm up before you can use it.
