I am still going thru a learning curve with my Delonghi Multifry. So far it has met my expectations.I purchased the flat bottom bowl accessory and I am very pleased with it. It has a much nicer non-stick surface than the original pan with the paddle that came with it.

It does not work exactly like an air fryer because it is a multi machine. I love the stir feature because I don’t have to babysit it and overall things like French fries cook more evenly. Using the fry feature along with the air fry feature gives excellent crispness on both sides.
