This was the least attractive single handle/ spray faucet, of the many I viewed on the Home Depot Website, but was the lowest priced which is why I purchased it.The quality is 5 star, but the bulky, clunky look brings my rating down to 4 star. This faucet look great, but that is where the value ends. The pullout hose is so cheap if you turn the handle just about any way but straight it kinks. The hot water side will feel like it is off, but the water will still be running. Both my wife and myself have had problems with this. I will now have to spend more money to try and replace the pullout hose.

Won’t turn off completely unless you move and wiggle the handel to find the sweet spot to stop the dripping. This faucit is only three months old. Same complaint that others are having with this faucit. Is there a replacement valve and instructions to replace valve or some other fix for this? Looks great and works like a charm. Love the way it feel in my hand when using the extended spray nozzle. It pulls smoothly and retracts without any trouble. It easily wipes clean. I am loving this faucet!!

This is a nice looking faucet. I purchased it as I liked the squared off types of lines it had with the handle, base and faucet . The items I don’t like about this faucet which would have me not recommend to others are: 1) it’s kind of flimsy (my opinion). I’m not sure of the material it’s made of but if feels kind of cheap. It’s not heavy or sturdy feeling 2) The handle looks awesome but is a pain. Unless you have it completely centered when turning it off, it will drip. So at minimum I don’t recommend it for families with kids as they may not pay attention to this. So if the handle is offset a little to the left if you’ve had the hot water on, for example, and you don’t exactly recenter it to shut it off – the faucet then does a slow drip. It’s annoying 3) I think because it’s flimsy, light material that it’s made of, it is much louder to run the water now as the faucet is more hollow sounding due to the light material it’s made of. For example, I’m in a back bedroom office right now and the kitchen, which is on the same level and down the hall thru our living room, is where my son is washing dishes right now and I can hear the faucet is just loud when water is running through it. It’s also annoying – just like the drip. Overall, and especially for this amount of money, I feel there are much better options out there, though, as mentioned, this one does ‘look’ very nice which is why we bought it originally.

This is a really heavy duty faucet. I took it out of the box and could not believe how heavy it was. Installation was fairly easy and straightforward. Actually had a harder time removing the old faucet then installing this one. Read the instructions and had my husband make sure that I was following them in order and feel like a pro now.

We bought this in December of 2018 and installed in Jan 2019. Love the styling of the faucet. But, withing a month, the faucet stiffened up when the lever moved and it started dripping, disn’t shut off all the way, would drizzle and required turning it on and off until it actually shut off so, I sent Delta and email and they immediately sent the a cartridge to replace an apparent defective part. Great service BUT, the new cartridge started doing the same thing within a month, then in May, I took the cartridge out and sprayed silicone into it. This seemed to solve the problem, faucet worked great until now, September, started the same thing, dripping, drizzling and won’t shut off easily or at all. I am calling Delta again and see what they say. I think the cartridge is a poor design, perhaps they have improved it.
