This was a quick and simple solution for our shop drill press to bring into OSHA compliance. It’s very easy to use and/or swing out to swing out of the way if you choose not to use it. But beware, if you area commercial shop, make sure you have have a guard attached to the machine to avoid being fined. A neighboring shop had a visit form OSHA two weeks ago and did not have a guard available on their drill press…$750.00 fine! This definitely motivated us to install this on ours right away.
