I have several miter and table saws and frequently use them outside at multiple locations. To better suit my needs I decided to obtain the new Delta Heavy Duty Miter Saw Stand. What stands out with this portable miter saw stand is the sturdy build quality and ease of use. After using the Delta Heavy Duty Miter Stand for several projects, I am quite impressed with its features, quality and portability. The Delta Heavy Duty Miter Stand uses a tubular design and includes large wheels for easy transport. The quick release mounts easily attaches to the base and are compatible with all brands of miter saws, and many portable table saws. The extension and work stops are convenient and have over a 9 foot span at full extension. The stand also folds up for easy storage. This Portable Miter Saw Stand is very high quality and a great value. Highly Recommended!!

This stand provides a work mount that can be easily folded with the saw attached for compact storage and transport. A near clone of the Ridgid and Dewalt brand, this stand provides a larger, stable footprint for the larger, 12″ compound miter saws. Extra tool mounts are available for quick tool switches. The wheels are smaller than the the Ridgid and the warranty is 2 years vs. Ridgid’s lifetime warranty, but the price point is more than $40 cheaper for the the near identical construction. It is a trade off. The extendable supports are good for casing, crown, and base board trim, but lack the strength to support treated dimensional lumber. An additional free standing roller support is needed. Overall this is a good choice for the DIY’er for weekend projects and against the garage wall storage. I don’t think this model is robust enough for daily contractor use.

Product is good and solid. The in store customer service sucks though.

Saw stand required very little assembly, I was most pleased with the features such as the extension supports / stops, perfect height, and ease of storage I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good quality, sturdy saw stand.

I got this stand on sale. The build quality appears adequate. The tubing and welds appear to be sufficient. It is easy to set up and take down. One problem: the plastic bar ends are not very secure. One fell off when I was putting the stand together. I took each of the bar ends out and used a good quality glue to attach them more securely. Now I think it will last.

Didn’t have any problems with assembly even though the pictures in the instructions leave a bit to be desired as far as figuring out which end is which. Other than that I’m really impressed with this table. Strong, very well built, very easy to set-up or take down even when the saw is attached it’s a one handed operation. I especially like the outer supports which extend approx 4 1/2 ” from the blade in either direction and they are sturdy. Not a big fan of solid tires but they can easily be replaced with pneumatic which I already have by coincidence. Makes this unit very easily moved outside for use or loaded for transport. I was very surprised by the overall table which is obviously an industrial grade piece of equipment and very reasonably priced.

Works great. However, instructions for assembly could be better. Also, trying to measure out an exact distance is hard when you have to use both hands to release the lever and slide out the supports for the boards.

OVERALL: Great flexibility, up to 9 feet of support, can handle at least a 12 foot board. Collapses easily with solid lock. Well built with good safety locks and solid finish.FUNCTIONALITY: Supports expend easily, with large turn knobs. Supports are very strong, don’t sag under weight of wood. SAW ATTACHMENT: Saw really meant to stay permanently attached to the stand supports. Uses bolts, which do not come off quickly. Might be nice to have a flip attachment.FOLDING: Looks like a hand cart when down, need 2 foot of space on floor, about 5 foot tall to store. One person can fod easily, just push lock with foot and pull.

I have researched several of these types of stands and this one is THE BEST, I love it and it surpassed my expectations after i bought it, worth every penny!!

The stand was a little tricky to assemble, but it is extremely sturdy and is very useful. I can now move my saw around much easier, and I enjoy the way it folds up and can be stored close to the wall to take up less floor space.

It was a gift for my Son. He is using it so must be OK

Very good mobile stand, two quality problems found: first, poor molding on one wheel required enlarging the axle hole (axle bolt would not fit in). Second: the latch catch for the “store” position would not stay securely, required a detent to be filed in the latch catch so the locking bar could “seat” in the detent and securely hold the stand in the “store” position. It is a great stand, easy to raise and lower, holds a 12 inch miter saw securely in both positions, easy to move, great features.

I wanted a rolling miter saw stand that would be easy to drag up stairs. This was much better than the dewalt stand which has a hudraulic lever that snags. All this one needs to be 5 stars is a better locking device when it is collapsed.

Works as expected. Delta worksite table saw was reason I went with Delta. Great product for price.
