A very well made saw. One piece of the stand was damaged when I received it, but Delta customer service sent me a replacement quickly. So far I am very pleased with the saw.

Cuts true, I’ve stopped measuring the distance from blade to fence, its always accurate. Blade is meh but it has worked through my first project. Which it had an out-feed table as an accessory or add on like previous models, rack and pinion is king.

I bought this saw because the one I received previously, sucked, and I immediately (after opening, it was a Christmas present) returned it. I took the chance on this Delta, being a bigger and longer player in the industry, and that my old Delta table saw has been fine for 12+ years. I like the accesories it comes with, it’s mobility, the table is flat (unlike the returned new one), and everything I think was squared right out of the box. I do not remember making any adjustments (again, unlike the returned one). Thus far it works really well and I would recommend it to anyone.

As a hobbyist, I got this saw because I outgrew my cheap Skilsaw. The Delta was an immediate upgrade due with the more powerful motor, fence, and bigger table top. As others have said, the directions for assembly are not easy to follow; they are not detailed and rely on common sense and trial and error. Items are not clearly labeled and the pictures are not easy to see. The throat plate for the Delta is extremely disappointing. The throat plate is not leveled and could not be leveled on the table not matter how many times I adjusted it and tried to bend it on my vise. I purchased an after market one and hope this will solve the issue. Other than the throat plate issue, I am very pleased with this table saw and it has really opened up more possibilities to complete more projects and items on honey-do list.

Received: Delivered very intact and was wrapped in original plastic so there was no chance of getting wet.Assembly: Followed tiny instruction manual, sometimes requiring a magnifying glass to see small pictures but went very smoothly with no issues at all. Just make sure you do not lose any bolts, nuts, and/or spacers – they didn’t pack any extras. Table was pretty flat from corner to corner unlike what others have said. The stick-on miter scale at 90 deg was off by 0.5 deg which in practical sense is nothing – we are not manufacturing jet engine parts here. The front and back of the blade was very parallel to the miter slots. It didn’t require single adjustment. The fence, as expected, is similar to Dewalt saw but with very slight play on the back rack/pinion amounting about 1/32 or less depending on direction of movement.Use: I cut 2×6 to get 2x2x36, 2×8 to get 2×6.5×36, then cut plastic 1x4x36 and 46 for window trims. Dimensions were very accurate and cut edges were very sharp meaning the blade was very sharp and no wobbles. I am as content as when I got my last Dewalt portable saw few years ago.

it’s a good table saw when it comes with all the parts as open wrench to tighten the blade

I was expecting an outfeed attachment as indicated in the video and it was not part of this saw…regrettable bit of “false advertising”.SELL WHAT YOU ARE PORTRAYING IN YOUR PRODUCT VIDEO…

Nice saw, works well, went together pretty easy. I did put a different blade on it. It’s a red blade with 40 teeth.

I gave this saw 4 stars. I would have given it 4-1/2 if I had that option. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the miter gauge. The miter gauge that came with the saw is more like a toy rather than a precision guide. I remedied that by purchasing a precise miter gauge for $50+ on line from a different supplier. Now I have a 5 star saw. Yes, as others have said, assembly instructions are lacking, but if one has just a little bit of mechanical aptitude it goes together. I measured alignment and right out of the box it came within acceptable limits. (No alignment adjustments necessary.) I have been using the saw a couple weeks building a free- standing cabinet for my son and daughter- in- law’s kitchen and I have had no problems with any work done with this saw. I would recommend this saw for anyone looking in the up to $600 price range.

This bad boy is awesome! Bought this after returning the kobalt… there was too much play in the fence and the materials were subpar. The delta is a huge upgrade AND I paid about the same. Came pretty close to 90 degrees and blade parallel to the miter slots. However, I shoot for perfection, so minor adjustments were made. Not sure how folks are confused by the instructions- they were perfectly clear to me. Also, the people complaining of fence play must have gotten a defect. Mine had ZERO movement. Love this saw

Great saw but the mitre gauge and the blade guard are junk
