   In addition to the four leveling screws, the original insert had another screw that held it firmly in place, rather than just sitting on the leveling screws. This new one is o.k. but I would have felt more secure with that additional one and I may try to drill a hole for it.

   It fit pretty well except the middle is domed, making it more difficult to measure an accurate depth of cut. For future, I’ll just make a zero tolerance Plate from wood.
