Great saw. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. I especially like how easy inside cuts are with this saw.

Have made several projects from 1/4 to 3/4 inch and am very satisfied. I would recommend.

Beginning to cut names out of 3/4 inch poplar wood. Learning to select the best blade for the job, over all I really like this scroll saw. It is heavy so it doesn’t vibrate at all. Really like the 20 inch throat as that allows longer name plates.

The product seems fine… it is too cold presently to really test. However, HD service was pretty bad. First they would not offer a raincheck for this product although unavailable the entire length of sale. This became moot as manufacturer delivered earlier than expected. HD used FedEx which is TERRIBLE; several days late, impossible to track, and they left package where not easily seen (except by thieves). Is a doorbell ring too much to ask? Although I purchased product online, HD still sends emails inviting me to “take a second look” at this product I was following… REALLY??

THE TABLE ASSEMBLY IS POORLY DESIGNED, ONLY 1 SMALL PIN ON BACKSIDE TO HOLD IN PLACE. IF YOU GET A DUST BUILDUP IN FRONT AREA IT IS HARD TO MOVE ON ANGLE. IF I WAS ABLE TO VIEW THIS IN PERSON I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THIS UNIT. VERY CHEAPLY DESIGNED NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I had a Delta before my shop burned down. This one is even better the old one I owned. With the Delta stand (the Dewalt stand does NOT fit) at a high angle it is very user friendly with great visibility of the work piece. The built in blower does a great job keeping the dust clear.

I have enjoyed using the Delta Scroll Saw. It is quiet and has very little vibration at the speeds I run it at. (5-6 on the dial) Blade changing is easy and the assembly was very simple. The table is square to the blade and I did not have to adjust it. I mounted the saw on some rubber pad for extra cushion, which made the saw even more quiet and smooth running. I really like the blade tensioner, as it makes setting the tension quick and easy after changing blades or when disconnecting and reinserting the blade for fret work. So far it has been a great saw and am working on projects now with more enjoyment than I did with my old scroll saw.

This saw has done a pretty good job for everything I have thrown at it, it struggled a little bit putting 3 inch bass wood with olson and pegas blades. I gave it 4 stars because I feel like it could be a more aggressive cut feel like it is a little slow.

The product arrived on time. I have used it and it performs well and is quiet when running. Before purchase while doing my research, I learned that the product does not come with blades but I was pleasantly surprised to find two in my packaging.

I love this scroll saw. My only other scroll saw experience was with very inexpensive ones and an older Delta 2-speed. This saw has extremely little to no vibration, very easy to change blades, the blade tension handle is so nice and simple to use. The saw is truly a joy to use, after a week I’m making more detailed and complicated projects than I ever had the confidence to tackle before. If your looking for an excellent, high quality tool look no further.

Very happy with the 20 inch capacity and the price.

This is a very good machine especially for the money, the biggest problem in this area is finding a authorized repair shop as long as it runs well all is fine but if breaks down then it can be expensive to repair, that is the only negative I see

Ordered this online, it never showed up so I called HD. The rep said it was lost, (really? a 75lb. box and it was “lost” ? come on…. OK whatever) and asked do I want another one? Sure says I. He told me the total was $239.00 I almost said that’s wrong. He gave me an additional 20% off of the sale price of $299.00. Sweet says I. This is a real nice piece of equipment. Assembly was a snap, except for the flexible air tube. The end split when I tried to push in onto the nipple. Put a call into Delta and the girl told me to put the end of the tube into “coffee hot” water for a minute or so. Tried it and “pop” it went on, works just fine now. Great customer service. The saw is well built and so easy to use. I actually like making blade changes because it is so easy. Almost no vibration, it is on a real heavy table but as yet not bolted down. I went from a Wen (not knocking the Wen saw) to this and I am quite pleased to be making sawdust again. Highly recommended.

Have only had it for a few weeks, but this saw is really smooth. I waxed the table and made a dust collector by cutting a plastic container and attaching it to the bottom with super magnets. I live in a condo, and planned to use it on the balcony, but its pretty quiet so I use it in the kitchen. The blower works good, it’s easy to change blades, and the table is big. It feels heavy and solid. It was the least expensive saw that I should be happy with for many years.
