I really do not know why I waited so long to get the mobile base for my Unisaw, I used to have a cabinet shop but retired and now just have the unisaw in the garage. Whenever I wanted to use the saw I had to drag it out across the floor then push it back again against the wall, I didn’t do much of anything for that reason. But I now have the mobile base on the saw and I have been doing so many projects because of the ease of pulling the saw out and returning it to it’s position against the wall. The delta base fit perfectly with no effort at all and I would recommend it to anyone who has a unisaw with the same problem that I had.

The inside dimensions are 20-3/4″ x 20-3/4″ which fits nicely for the 20-5/6″ x 20-5/8″ Unisaw enclosed stand. The item is made with heavy duty steel and of high quality.

The product is well built, very sturdy and fit perfectly under my Unisaw. The only negative is fulfillment is done by Delta Machinery and their packing leaves a bit to be desired and delivery took longer than I have experienced with other Home Depot orders. The package arrived via UPS and the plastic caps that fill the the open tube ends were smashed up because the corners were not adequately protected. I called Delta Customer Services (expect to wait in queue) and they immediately sent out replacement caps. Home Depot had one of of the better Internet prices and shipping was free which made the deal that much better.
