The DEWALT Door Lock Installation Kit helps you install door locks on wood and metal doors. It works for 2-3/8 in. and 2-3/4 in. backsets, and 1-3/8 in. and 1-3/4 in. thick doors. It features two bi-metal hole saws and a height alignment window for accuracy.

Works great and makes handle and latch cutting easy. The only recommendation would be to supply an extra drill assembly for each hole bit. It’s very hard to remove the assembly after drilling. Luckily we had a vise to use.

Very easy to use. Well built. The clamp feature is excellent! It allowed me to cut and realign a new larger hole over an existing smaller hole. This installation kit saved two very old and expensive to replace doors. With this kit I was able to update doors with new locksets.
