The Dewalt works great, I highly recommend it if you need a cord hammer drill not a cordless hammer drill. I tried using a Milwaukee Cordless drill to drill into concrete did not that well at all.

I’ve owned this tool or it’s predecessor for 18 years. Great tool! Thousands of holes. The chipping action works well for chipping small jobs in tight spaces. Light enough it’s not a pain to work overhead if needed.
