The DEWALT DCB118 Fast Charger is a fan-cooled charger designed to reduce charge time. This charger can re-charge both 20-Volt MAX and FLEXVOLT battery packs. The DCB118 can charge a DCB606 FLEXVOLT battery in one hour.

I’ve had this charger for about 6 months and I got it to charge my FlexVolt batteries. It handles that job surprisingly fast but is even faster at charging my regular 20v batteries. The fan is audible but not extremely loud. I love this charger!

I was able to acquire this charger as part of a hammer drill / impact driver kit combo. It fully charges my 6.0 Ah 20V/60V Flexvolt battery in just under one hour. The charger should be kept away from aerosols, sawdust, and other debris because of the vents for the cooling fan. So far no problems or complaints!
