This 2-pack is probably the best price you’ll find on genuine DeWalt replacement batteries. They work great and are (I believe) .5 Ah bigger than the originals so they’ll operate for a longer time between charges. I considered getting an even bigger set but, aside from the dramatic price difference, they would add to the weight and effect the balance and ergonomics you get with the original set. These are the ones to get. Don’t bother second-guessing it.

I purchased these batteries for a few tools that I bought “tool only” so I would have at least one battery per tool. Awesome feature is the battery level indicator which is accurate. Haven’t had any issues with these, they have been through hot, cold, rain, and snow.

Love this battery. Its lightweight, powerful and it will hold its charge. The on board battery charge light is a plus. It will help you get the job done with power to spare. This battery makes your tools easier to carry. Its a power house at a more economical size in both weight and size with plenty of power to for your dewalt tools. I would rate this batteries 6 stars if I could.
