Pair this bad boi with a Flexvolt battery and you’re pretty much unstoppable. Loved this thing no need to haul a generator nor cable working on a roof.(note: the fan did not do much on the roof but it’s great in almost any other situation)

I wish I would have had a tool like this a long time ago. It is much better for going through concrete than a standard corded drill or standard cordless hammer drill. It could be more powerful, but it is powerful enough to drill 3/4″ 6″ deep holes in concrete in about 30 seconds with nice carbide tipped 3/4″ Bosch 5X Concrete with Rebar bit. 3 settings: Drill, Rotary Hammer, and Hammer Only. I have used the chipper too and it works fairly well to bust up small bits of concrete (I am sure it would work great for tile demo). This will certainly not work to take out large sections of concrete, get an air powered jack hammer. It is nice and light, and very inexpensive (169) for what it is and how capable it is. For reference a small 2AH battery will do about five 6″ deep 3/4″ holes before dead.
