The DEWALT DCB606 FLEXVOLT Battery pack changes voltage when you change tools. It powers a new line of 60-Volt Max Brushless tools and 120-Volt Max Brushless tools. These versatile Lithium Ion battery packs are also backwards compatible with 20-Volt Max tools and chargers. Not only can you power more tools with DEWALT FLEXVOLT batteries, the longer runtimes mean you don’t have to keep climbing down the ladder to change the battery pack.

Used it on our new dewalt table saw. Ripped about 10 4 x 8 sheets of 3/4 inch ply. The battery level did not go down at all. Nice. Burn the extension cords.

Almost endless power. It’s bulky and heavier than the little batteries, but it’s still light by my standards, and almost eliminates battery changes. It’s exactly the same size as the 9.0 battery.

Well made and works better than I expected. My unit came with a 6ah battery. I use it to keep the tires of our motor home inflated during storage as there is no power outlet available. Also handy for inflating our vehicle tires.

I bought this (2nd one) to run assist my Dewalt 60v blower. I’m disappointed in the run time for both because the cost of these things doesn’t come close to the value, at least on the 60v blower. I had higher hopes yet I only get maybe 10-15 minutes on these things with the blower. I haven’t tried it on my other dewalts yet, so I’m still optimistic it’ll give impress me on other tools.

The tool itself I’ll give 5 stars all day long, it works great for the light work I use it for. The convenience of a cordless compressor that is comparable or better than similar size AC powered units is priceless. Battery is its Achilles, I can’t see more than an hour out of a battery with moderate usage. If it came with a second battery or a higher ah battery I would’ve given 5 stars easily, it’s too power hungry for a 6ah battery
