Tons of power, I would definitely recommend the Dewalt Stud and Joist drill.

This drill may be the death-nail for corded hole-hawg type drills. It feels solid yet compact. Torque is very close to a corded unit and will drill for a long time on a single charge. Trigger control is spot-on. My only gripe is tools like this should come with hard-sided carrying cases. An extra battery would be a good idea if you’re going to use this for production work.

so far so good, used it a few times but havent had a chance to use on major prewire. It still does kick a bit if you hit a nail or a bad angle so the anti binding feature is a bit misleading but for the price its seems good so far.

The workers were thrilled with this drill. We are building a home and doing some of the labor. This drill made drilling access holes for the romex cable so much easier.

I have two of these and I use them all the time.

Is awsome!!

This drill is a monster! Tons of torque. Because of our specific use, we needed a drill that doesn’t have a anti-kick feature built in.

The drill was used to power ice coring equipment. It was powerful enough to do the job and produce several cores through over 2 meters of ice.

I’m using it for electrical work .Drill has plenty of power. It is heavier than a standard hole hawg..Battery wears out in about 45 minutes of drilling ,and take 1 hour to charge . I am able to drill out a small tract home if both batteries are fully charged.. If you need more time than that buy extra batteries

this is by far the best tool for an electrician
