The value of buying a bundle is ridiculously good. I bought this knowing that I already had a perfectly good drill and that I didn’t need the grinder. I was able to quickly sell those 2 tools and be left only with what I needed for much, much less money than it would cost to buy individual tools.

Ok so I love this nailer, I purchased this nailer to replace my 18V Dewalt so I could move into their new battery platform. I have been building and remodeling for 20 years and simply love the ability to do finish work cordlessly. This gun is very similar to my old one but just designed better, for the price I was reluctant to move to them but once I bought the framing nailer to repalce my Paslode I wanted to move away from my old NiCad batteries in my Dewalt tools I use. This tool just works! I rarely have it jam, and if it does it’s extremely easy to clear. I prefer the 15 gauge to the 16 gauge but I’m sure the 16 gauge work very similarly. I also purchased the 18 gauge Brad gun when I bought this. On a large house we were doing I loaned them to a finish carpenter I hired and he fell in love as well. The 2.0 amp hour battery it comes with makes the gun feel very light, much lighter than my old one and it seems to run forever with it. I can’t say enough good things about these guns, they’re expensive but worth it.

I purchased this product for a ship lap project in one of our bedrooms. The project called for nailing 5/8″ MDF ship lap boards into drywall-covered studs. Pretty basic and 15 GA was the recommended size nail.First, I have to say I really like this finish nailer. So much better and convenient than using my compressor. Excellent battery life and does the job quite nicely.Unfortunately, when you get down to about 7 or 8 nails left in a set, the nailer jams. I was using DeWalt 15 GA finish nails. Every set of nails jammed at the last 7 or 8 nails, every time. Extracting the jam is quick and easy, but it leaves a lot of wasted nails. Putting a second set of nails behind the jammed ones does not improve the situation. The nailer clearly doesn’t like dealing with those last few nails. I’ve attached a picture of the nails that got wasted on this relatively small project.
