The tools seem like they are good quality. Found out that the batteries in this set are older so Dewalt does not warrant them. There is just the Home Depot 30 day warranty. So I returned this set and got s newer model that has a 3 year warranty from Dewalt on the batteries.

The battery life exceeds what I have been able to obtain from other brands. So far, so good. I have used both batteries, the drill and hand saw, and they work as expected, and make things so much easier, plus not having to have to worry about a cord. The smaller battery doesn’t last very long while using it on the saw, but the bigger battery did just fine.

I bought it because I also own an older model it has worked flawlessly over the years. I decide it was time to stop changing bits and instead be able to grab a second drill and just keep working. This second cordless drill is even better than the earlier model. Lighter with more power and the batteries are compatible! Plus, it’s reasonably priced for what it delivers. My older drill is jealous because this new one is now my go-to cordless drill. It doesn’t disappoint and I would not have expected anything less from DeWalt.
