Have owned MANY drills and this one is my best yet. Have bought DeWalt for years amd never been disappointed. The batteries on this one last a LONG time. Thr lighted drive spot is nice for working in some spots. Carry bag is small, lightweight and durable. Bought probably 10 of these as either gifts, or worker tools. Keep making this drill.

Yes of course they are not the highest end of the DeWalt line but nonetheless the quality is superb when comparing it to other brands I’ve purchased, I use every single item (except the flashlight which is well, just a standard one, nothing special) in my projects and even preferring them to other brands I currently have, my most favorite by far is the impact driver. I have zero regrets on buying this kit!So if you’re a woodworker or weekend DIYer it’s a no brainer, this is probably the most complete set to do most of the work that you would require for that, if you are a super high demanding contractor then go for the DeWalt line suited for your needs.

I’ve owned this drill for several years. Kit came with charger and two batteries. One battery has completely failed – it will not charge. Charger works with other battery. The drill and batteries are not heavily used, so I am surprised about the battery.
