This XR (R) Brushless Cordless Hammer Drill has integrated Bluetooth (R) technology, so you can connect to the DEWALT (R) Tool Connect mobile app with or without a Tool Connect and trade; battery. You can also customize the tool to your preferences and specific applications. The Tool Connect and trade; and Inventory Manager app help manage and track tools, material, equipment, and other assets. Know where everything is and who has them. Even receive tool diagnostics. Use Tool Connect tools along with Tool Connect and trade; batteries, the Tool Connect Connector, and the Tool Connect Tag for a complete inventory management solution.

Have this drill at work and it goes right through anything we shove a bit in to. Wood, steel, concrete – no problem. Feels a little heavy with 5.0ah battery but that is expected with all the heavy duty metal parts. It’s been dropped off 6ft ladders and gotten rained on. I expect this drill to last years of abuse and would buy it again and again!

Been a hard core Dewalt person for 20 years and still swear by them. My biggest issue for the past 5 or so years and making it hard to stay with Dewalt is the checks on the drills. They loosen up and as plumber dropping bits down a wall or a pipe are a huge problem. Didn’t use to be like this but it is and has been faience the 20V came out and still now with newer ones I have. Lastly, wish the options of power and hand tools were broader like Milwaukee’s, my experience is I prefer Dewalt quality most of the time but way less options out there
