The DCE151TD1 20-Volt MAX XR Cable Stripper Kit enables THHN and XHHW cable to be quickly stripped up to 4; without the need of a knife. Using the appropriate bushing the cable stripper works on both copper and aluminum cable, covering a range in size from 6 AWG to 750MCM CU and 900MCM AL. This kit includes 20 bushings that cover a range of sizes for 1/0 CU, 2/0 AL – 700 MCM CU, 750 MCM AL depending on what brand and type of cable is being stripped. DEWALT has a reference chart that is included with the kit as well as online.
- Eliminates the need for a knife when stripping up to 4 in.
- Reduces time needed to strip a cable when compared to manual stripping methods
- Depth gauge enables consistent strip lengths
- Electronic clutch helps to protect the user if tool becomes jammed
- Uses DEWALT bushings; compatible with Greenlee and Ripley bushings
- Strips THHN/XHHW cable for termination (CU/AL) using bushings
- Includes kitbox, belt clip, battery and charger
