Without a 3.0 or bigger battery the tool is useless. Been doing Drywall for over 40 years and you can’t beat the corded screw gun for maximum production. Would not suggest this screw gun to a professional, maybe to the average home owner it’ll suffice

Decent

Has a good runtime on a regular drill, significantly less on the impact drill. Charges in a reasonable amount of time (~25 min or so) and stays cool.

One of the best tool investments I have ever made. Just finished my 780 sq ft garage and this screw gum probably save me 3 to 4 hrs.

This was a excellent purchase given the bundle price was at a steep discount. Love the charge level indicator.

The old battery died and we purchased this one to replace it. Great battery for a great price!

My 2nd one, Well balanced, very comfortable in the hand, smooth clutch and more quieter than the old motor style. All my cordless tools are DeWalt 20 volt Max Great products

This gun has one speed, and is hot conducive for remodeling. It has one purpose to run screws into wood or metal studs. It has no torque at all in fact if there is any resistance such as an old piece of wood the gun stallsSo this is a good tool for new construction, but a terrible tool for remodelers

Battery power is a huge advantage here. Maybe some other battery drywall drills are just as good, but as someone who has only used wall-plug drywall drills, this thing is hugely more convenient. I don’t know why so many people have cordless kits for everything else but not drywall. I move around so much and have my hands full so much of the time, it’s really a big improvement with this tool.
