I’m not a professional, but I do a lot of home projects. I bought this before replacing all of the electrical outlets in my house. For tedious jobs like unscrewing dozens of face plates, light switches, and recepticles, it’s a real labor/time saver. Plus, this screwdriver doesn’t take up as much space in your tool belt and weigh you down like a cordless drill or impact driver. The gyroscopic control takes a little getting used to, but it’s intuitive; just turn the screwdriver whichever direction you want the screw to go. The motion control works in all orientations, horizontally, vertically, or some combination thereof. One feature I like that I haven’t seen mentioned in reviews is that you can use the screwdriver like a traditional screwdriver, meaning you can use the powered driver to get close then tighten to final torque by hand, which is nice on things like faceplates when overtightening can crack the faceplate. I would like to have a bit holder on the tool itself, however. It’s kind of a pain if you’re switching bits frequently and have to dig around for your bits in a pocket or whatever. I’d imagine it’d be simple enough to put a bit holder somewhere on the tool. Overall, I’m impressed with the torque for its application- it’s a screwdriver, not an impact driver. And, I’m impressed with the run-time you get with the battery. I haven’t noticed any parasitic drain on the battery in times when I’ve stored the battery in the tool, but I tend to keep the battery on the charger between uses.

Very handy and fits well in the hand. Just twist your wrist slightly in the direction you want the bit to turn and the power comes on. No fumbling with switch to change rotation direction.
