My husband loves it! He was a pure hand screwdriver-man until he actually used the DeWalt cordless driver…he didn’t think he’d convert but is now glad he did!

I bought this cause some times you need a light touch my impacts I use daily but to put up and light or install pulls on a cabinet a impact is over kill this is almost the perfect tool for that if it would angle then it would of 5 starsIt will not install a 3 inch sheet rock screw but did not buy it for that but with a little time with it I can install electrical plus and plates without over torqueing the plasticI used to put together most all the Christmas gifts and change all my light fixtures outthe little tool kit is a good has most all the bits you will ever need for this tool

The photo on the HD Store site is the wrong image for the product sold in stores. I purchased the item and it does not include a tool bag and has the additional DWAX100 Accessory Driver Bit Kit, instead. Great product, just a misleading error.

Love that the tool knows which direction you want to turn with minimal wrist movement.

This is a great gadget that is fun to use. For me, learning to use the gyroscopic screwdriver was easy. You just press the button and then turn your wrist a little like you were going to turn a normal screw driver and it starts moving. Need more power? Turn your wrist a little more. Need to go the other way? Just turn your wrist the other way. No need to stop and hit a button to switch directions. It feels really well made like all DeWalt products. This one only has one LED light which is good but could be better. The other model of this screwdriver has 2 lights and the handle can be changed to a pistol grip. I got this one at a great price ($40) so I have nothing to complain about. My 8 year old son thinks it great too and he loves to just hold it and make it spin. We’re starting the love of power tools early.

I purchased this while on sale at the holidays. I’m fussy about tools but figured if I didn’t like it, I’d return it. What intrigued me was the gyroscopic feature of this tool. I can only say, I’m sold. This tool has a very natural feel. I do a lot of assembly work with equipment with a variety of fasteners. With this tool you grip the handle, depressing the button to turn on and then turn the tool in the direction you want it to go. Turn a lot, it goes faster, a little it goes slow. On long machine screws you start fast and when the screw get close, turn the tool a little bit in counter direction and it slows. This feature gives it a natural feel. This now replaces my Milwaukee M12 screw driver in my main tool bag. This tool is much lighter and smaller with much less fatigue working on projects with lots of fasteners.

Lightweight and seems to be able to get in tight places. Seems to have good torque although only used it 3 times. Biggest disappointment was store did not have any extra batteries for sale at store location. Seems like if you are selling a new item you would have accessories there also.

When I purchased this I thought it was just like any other electric screwdriver. I discovered the it reacts to the direction I rotate my hand and the speed is controlled on how fast you turn your hand. This thing turns out to be pretty cool. It takes a minute to get used to it but I really like it. It mimics my movements. Really easy to control and not over torque screws yet powerful enough to pull out tapcons.

There’s a learning curve for this but it’s easy and intuitive.

I really do like this drill. It’s very easy to use, even with one hand. It’s handy that you can change the speed of the drill simply by applying more twisting force on the device, this makes it easier to be accurate while giving it enough torque when it needs it. Speaking of torque, it’s got plenty, it’s no drill, but as a screwdriver it’s perfect.

It is very easy to use. Power and torque are good for the size. Battery holds charge well under lite use conditions. Only down fall is that it only comes with one battery. Would also like to see a belt clip on it like it’s larger DeWalt tools. Overall, good little drill.

Great tool for an IT department. Compact design gets into places a normal driver does not have room to do.

Okward to use the gyroscopic not a normal hand position when running tool need to compensate for which direction you will use the device

It took a few screws to get the wrist motion down pat, but after that it became second nature to use it for both directions. Still working on getting the speed fine tuned, but close to what I want it to do now.
