I haven’t had a chance to put this through its paces yet but it’s a very nice compact half inch drive impact wrench. The front has leds that stay lit for a period after the trigger is pressed making it nice for a bit of illumination in tight quarters.

Hello, I was given a 1/2″ cordless 20 volt impact wrench , I want to share my thoughts and review on this product. I know for me it is a life saver. The easy to use and carry with wherever you might go! Traveling to the backyard or to and from San Antonio Texas. I am a diabetic and if I have any car troubles I can feel safe, because I know that the 1/2″ cordless impact is within reach.I just want to say thank you for making this impact accessible for easy to carry and charge. Using the 1/2″ cordless impact on tire changing or engine work is better than waiting for a service truck for hours. Dewalt has many other options of cordless tools, but the 1/2″ impact DeWalt is the one for me.

I like the gun, works welll for everything i need. doesnt have the power i expected. I torque the wheels on my truck to 125 ft/lbs and the gun is capable of getting them off but struggles quite a lot. Works well for speeding up jobs

This is the smallest 1/2″ impact wrench. It does a great job for changing tires on my racecar. Has enough grunt to break the lug nuts loose and zipping the lugs off the extended wheel studs is easy with this tool. Was a great buy.

Very impressive! I was hesitant about this tool so before I used it I tightened the lugs really tight to the point of snapping the lugs off, beyond the torque required with a hand tool just to test its strength. The DeWalt removed the lugs without breaking a sweat!!!! Incredibly strong for a small impact tool and I’ve used power tools before and I am pleased to see how well it performed. Definitely worth the money!!

It worked good within it’s limitations.I’ve used this 20-volt MAX Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/2 (brush) Impact wrench about 3 times so far.It will remove lugs nuts on a car, it will remove the motor mounts on a Chevy Malibu, it was great using it with a pulley puller to remove a Harmonic Balancer pulley. IT DID NOT remove the mount bolt holding the harmonic balancer bolt on a 3.1 liter engine that had been on the car for 156, 000 miles/18 years. However, my corded 300ft/lb torque Kobalt impact wrench didn’t budge the bolt either.I like this little sized/compact impact wrench because of it’s size to work on my Cub Cadet lawn tractor changing blades.For what I bought it for, it works great so far. Being a brush motor only time will tell how well it lasts. The batteries that came with the kit provide more than enough power to get the job done. I have yet had the need to charge the batteries (after initial charge) before use. The only CON side of this review is the price. Dewalt seems a bit pricey especial on it’s Lithium-Ion battery packs. But then again, it’s like buying a motorcycle, there are many good motorcycles out there but most buy Harley’s because of the name, not necessarily because they are better than anyone else.
