Got this impact wrench because I was sick of the corded ones. My main use for this impact is taking several bolts over 1” off large industrial boilers and Attached components. Well after about a years use I’m extremely pleased! This heavily out powers the corded impact and makes my job 10x easier. I have both the 5ah and 6ah flex volt batteries which keep the impact going for long periods of time with high torque, maxing this gun out applications. ‘Tis impact has taken a beating and a couple drops from over 6 feet and is still going strong.Overall this is a tough set up and I’m very pleased I chose dewalt to get the job done.

I purchased this tool primarily for use in automotive applications. I will qualify my high rating by admitting that I have not had the tool very long but during the limited amount time I’ve used the impact it has worked extremely well. My pneumatic tool set-up isn’t top of the line but nonetheless I was surprised to find the Dewalt does out perform my old pneumatic impact wrench. And not having to drag 50′ of air hose around is another plus. This review would be more valuable if I was asked to write it a year from now but since this is the third request I’ve received to comment during the 2 weeks I’ve owned the impact wrench you’re getting it early. I’m very happy with the tool.
