This tool is good, and relatively powerful. Grip is superb, and speed-settings are good. I’m skeptical about the torque-rating, but do not own a torque wrench with capacity to test the tool It seems to be maybe 70 % as powerful as advertised. I have had varied luck using it on cars to loosen wheel-nuts, or other fasteners on sedan cars. I don’t trust advertised torque on impact drivers/wrenches as several that I’ve owned did not live up to the promised power.

I use this impact in a industrial setting. It has been used hard daily by myself and coworkers but keeps on going. Plenty of power in a small package.

Like the availability of the tool on the farm. Great for field repairs. Only downside of product is the anvil. Retention pin makes it difficult to change sockets.

I bought this product about 3 months ago. When I purchased it I had some serious reservations about how well it would be able to preform for the projects I had in mind. And in short it was surprised me beyond belief with extraordinary amounts of power torque and battery life but also with weight appearance and practicality. This has been a very good tool and I am happy I added it to my collection

My husband loves his drill. He loves that it came with an extra battery and a bag to carry it in.

It takes a real beating and keeps on going. I use all my tool at their limits. I’ll repost when I find the limit to this unit. I still use the 18volt impact drill , circ. Saw and saws-all units with the adapter for the 20volt battery. Great product at a fair price.

I just got this and it looks and feels top notch. I have not had the opportunity to really fully test its performance but so far, it is very nice. The best part about it is how compact it is, without sacrificing too much torque.

I bought this almost a year ago for personal use in construction, best tool in my collection and overkill for tightening purlins and other 3/4 5/8 bolts. Battery life is more than enough even with a standard battery

I like it, although it is a present I can’t say much yet.

Good for automotive use other than couldn’t barely take off my lugnuts torqued to 140. Gets in smaller places and gets most other bolts off

I bought this tool specifically for doing lug nuts on my trailers and pickups. Not overkill like the bigger 1/2 impact from DeWalt, so no fear of over torquing the lug nuts. The batteries last forever so I keep the kit in the back of my truck before hitting the road.

I got this impact about 2 months ago I use it every day I haven’t had a bolt it wouldn’t break loose yet and it makes a great driver when paired with DeWalt 1/2 collet adapter I hardly use my regular impact driver anymore. The low rpm makes it great for driving fasteners as well as breaking bolts lose preventing run off. Would definitely recommend this to a friend it’s not much bigger then my dcd887 and it will set up to 3″ screws without even impacting! Great drill I think it is underrated because it’s the slowest rpm in mid torque class but that it what makes it great. Also it is really compact no way I expected this thing to have the power it does. The picture included is next to my 12v!

Bought this impact wrench for automotive repairs. More powerful than my pneumatic impact gun and my corded one. Only regret is not buying one sooner.
