Description
The 20-Volt MAX XR Angle Grinder features a brake, E-Clutch System and Kickback Brake. The brake quickly brings the wheel to a stop in 2-seconds or less when the trigger is released. The E-Clutch System automatically shuts down the motor when a wheel pinch in detected. These 2 features working together to shut the tool down without user interaction, called the Kickback Brake. Additionally, the grinder features a One-Touch Guard, which allows for single-action adjustments to change guard position.

Purchased this grinder for around the house / farm occasional use. Needed to cut down and cut up some metal in order to haul it away. The grinder made quick work of this task. Then sharpened numerous tools and farm implements. Not having to drag power cords out into the fields was just the ticket. It may have been a bit of an extravagant purchase but it works with our set of DeWalt batteries and we now have a powerful grinder at the ready whenever we need.
