Description
The 20-Volt MAX XR Angle Grinder features a brake, E-Clutch System, and Kickback Brake. The brake quickly brings the wheel to a stop in 2-seconds or less when the trigger is released. The E-Clutch System automatically shuts down the motor when a wheel pinch in detected. These 2 features working together to shut the tool down without user interaction, called the Kickback Brake. Additionally, the grinder features a 1-Touch Guard, which allows for single-action adjustments to change guard position.

Battery is excellent, however it was not clear that the battery must be forcibly snapped into the charger holster for correct charge to take place. I was using the regular low power 20-volt Dewalt Lithiom-ion for the last 4 years charging fine just setting them in the charging holster. Make sure you snap them into the charger.
