- Kickback brake engages when a pinch, stall, or bind-up event is sensed and the electronic brake engages with MAX

Bad to the bone! I have the 20 volt witch is awsome as well, but this one you cant stop it from spinning unless you use Excessive force. cut of a 12″ flywheel it was cast it was like butter.

I bought this after leaving the ER. I cut myself on my corded angle grinder because the cord got caught. Used it all day today on weep screeds for stucco. My only suggestion, get a second battery. When the battery is down to 2/3rds full the voltage lowers and the saw speed lowers with it. Fortunately I have a 9.0 ah battery I use for the new worm style circular saw. These things changed everything. Do it.

Gives you the speed of a corded grinder but is cordless. Get the 9A battery and it will last a while, depending on how much you use it. Comes with a 4″ and 6″ guard so you a can use either size of blade

Use a masonry blade to cut through old 3/4 inch thick plaster. Grinder worked great, didn’t big down and the battery lasts.

DeWalt Flexvolt never disappoints. Very powerful and long lasting batteries. So glad I went with the 60 volt instead of the 20v. The 60v is actually powerful enough to handle 6″ discs. I think the price should be a little lower, but they are quality tools. The description says 2Ah battery but it’s actually a 6Ah.

I am on my second. The first quit working after about 20 minutes of moderate use (cutting 1/4” mild steel). Customer service was great at both Dewalt and Home Depot. Got a replacement the same day. No problems with it doing a similar amount of work at the same pace. Cautiously optimistic.
