The DCG414T2 4-1/2 in. to 6 in. (115 mm to 150 mm) Grinder with Kickback Brake is maximized for power and durability. It delivers 13 Amp power as compared to the D28144N with the portability and convenience of cordless through DEWALT’s revolutionary FlexVolt technology. The DCG414T2 comes with 2 FlexVolt Batteries, Fast Charger and Kit Bag.
- 13 Amp equivalent motor as compared to a D28144 corded unit
- Brake engages when trigger is released, stopping speeds of 1.5 seconds with standard grinding wheel (4-1/2 in. x 1/4 in. bonded abrasive wheel, non-hubbed)
- Kickback brake engages when a pinch, stellar bind-up event is sensed and the electronic brake engages with maximum force to quickly stop the wheel, reduce the movement of the grinder and shut the grinder off
- E-clutch activates in less than a tenth of a second when a pinch/stall is detected, shutting down the motor
- 9,000 RPM speed allows the use of up to 6 in. wheels
- Allows for up to 6 in. wheel size for both cutting and grinding applications
- DCF887B 3-speed settings for optimized application versatility
- DCF887B precision drive in speed 1 for precision applications and added control
- DCF887B 3 LED lights with 20 second delay after trigger release, provide visibility without shadows
- DCF887B 1-handed loading 1/4 in. hex chuck with easy grip sleeve
- DCF887B compact and lightweight design to fit into tight areas (2 mm shorter than the previous DCF886)

This is definitely the best ¼ impact driver I’ve used. The first 1 I had for 2 years and used it off and on probably 50-75 times in those 2 years then 3 weeks ago I used it to drive over 500 screws while building a Trex deck and that’s what seemed to do it in. It still worked but wouldn’t hold onto the bits anymore and it got very frustrating when they would fall out, so I went and bought another one. I’d recommend this tool to anyone.

Ive had this driver for 2yrs now. It has handled everything ive thrown at it with ease. It is plenty powerful for driving timberlocks or lag bolts. Ive also used it as a light duty impact wrench. The lights are bright enough for what i need and i havent had a single problem with this driver. I highly recomend it

All I had too assemble is the little bracket that hangs on your belt. But the big thing is it will drive a 3 inch number 12 screw in seconds love would not be without one faster then my 18 volt is of course it’s about 8 years old and as driven lots of screws love these impact driver. Love my Dewalts.
