This is great for light duty use it. When looking at the description, pay attention to the scale, it’s in inch pounds not ft pounds like most are.

This drill is great! I install equipment where I drill about 50 holes in 8 inch concrete and this handles the job with ease. It’s very light and compact, great for drilling holes in cinder block walls to hang boxes. Only wish the battery lasted longer.
