Forget about the other tools in this kit for now. I want to focus on my favorite one. The 3/8” impact driver. This Mighty Mouse of a tool is nothing short of amazing. I first picked this driver up before you could find them anywhere. I’ve been spinning lugs in and off ever since. With a cheap adapter kit I can go up to 1/2” or down to 1/4” sockets for added versatility. I use the heck out of this tool all the time. It has the power to do everything I need for maintenance on my truck. This week I rotated tires and zipped on some new exhaust hangers. It’s short and can fit in tight places. The lights help light up those tight spaces. The battery life is amazing. It runs all day long. And I switch it out with my other dewalt tools. I keep a set of impact sockets and this driver in my truck with me. I’m the guy that’s prepared to fix my truck or your car at any time. It’s always nice to pull this tool out and change a tire in no time. Or drive in some bolts to hang a hammock. Trust me the bolt will break before the driver quits. The bad? Well I guess you could ask for a never ending battery. Infinite power. But in reality it’s as good as current tech gets. I would tell dewalt to market these tools better. It’s hard to find them in stores and everybody that sees mine doesn’t know they exist. And they all buy one. I should get a commission for the many sales I’ve had. One improvement I could think of is being able to set the torque on the driver. Because again it’s not a matter if this tool will drive the bolt. It’s if the bolt can handle the tool. Great product and great line up dewalt. All my neighbors are jealous of my string trimmer too!
