I bought this to replace a Kobalt kit. This kit has some great tools that are strong in performance. The circular saw cuts extremely well. The Hammer drill is awesome! I have drilled in concrete blocks, and patio floor with it, and it is very strong. I would highly recommend this kit! batteries perform well, and are very light.

I have been buying a lot of Dewalt 20V series no. Got this one for the Hammer Drill and the circular saw since I already had the rest of the tools. Hammer drill works great pre-drilling in concrete to add fasteners. Circular saw is great for hard to reach places and not having to fight a cord.

This drill feels the way a drill should feel. New drills keep trying to be smaller and smaller. Lighter and lighter. This drill tells you it can get the job done as soon as you pick it up. It has that new drill feel once you pull the trigger. Fast, quiet but with power.

I was fortunate to buy this kit at a reduced price. I’m very happy with the tools and their performance; however, the kit comes with 2 batteries and the charge doesn’t last very long. I can run out the power of one and put it on the charger and use the 2nd fully charged one and before the first one is charged up the 2nd one is empty. I bought a cheap drill a long time ago and I think it held a better charge.If you plan on using these tools for any length of time; reconsider and buy electric. The only other alternative is to pay high $$$ for extra batteries.
