Over the tool set is great absolutely no problems with the set. All though I also ordered a radio with it. It never should up never even got a valid tracking number with called customer service and they did nothing to help or resolve issue besides refund money and tht even took a few weeks for poor shipping and even worse customer service

Replaced my Dewalt 14.4 volt kit and love this. My recommendation is to go with the DCK592L2 for the extra money. The circular saw is much lighter and the extra positions on the reciprocating saw are a bonus!!!! The storage case could be better but the tools are great.

I bought this combo pack in November of 2011. I am a plumbing contractor and use cordless tools daily and take care of my equipment. After 4 months of use my sawzall would lose power during cutting. Took it to the Dewalt shop in Fort Worth and they said nothing was wrong with it. I insisted there was so they accepted it. Called me back 4 days later and said it was fixed, bad trigger assembly. I picked it up from the shop and had it for 2 days and had the same problem. The sawzall was in the shop 4 times in 2012 and once in 2013. Most of the repairs were under warranty but they dont pay you for your time wasted dealing with the drama. The flashlight would flicker alot too i think i recieved a new flashlight from them the first time i took my sawzall in. I would not purchase this pack. Rigid offers lifetime warranty. Im thinking about trading in my dewalt tools after all of these years and trying another brand.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to use anything other than the flashlight because my house was robbed and the whole kit was stolen. It was similar to the kit I had before that I was replacing with this one which sadly also was stolen. I’m sure the product was great and hopefully someday in the future I will be able to purchase it again.

The combo kit lived up to expectations. Battery life is great and plenty of power. The only draw back is the charger. Needs the upgraded charger with the cooling fan. Otherwise no complaints
