I went to Home Depot ordered new batteries and now just waiting for them to call me. The manager Sophie and clerk Tris helped me a lot . THANK YOU!! All tools work well, batteries, too. BUT the bluetooth speaker will not accept batteries and Dewalt want to charge me in advance for repairs to the release the funds IF it is a manufacturing defect. Nobody got time for that!
