This 20-Volt Max String Trimmer kit is a value-filled combo to tackle your outdoor projects. This bundle includes a string trimmer, blower and extra battery pack. The DEWALT 20-Volt Max Brushless String Trimmer (DCST920P1) provides precise power control with a variable speed trigger as well as performance and run time management with the High/Low speed control switch. The patented gear drive design provides more torque and maintains cut speed under load, while the dual-line, bump feed head clears a full 13 in. Well balanced and weighing only 8.5 lbs., the string trimmer is easy to maneuver, reducing stress on the user.

One thing I like about the DeWalt 20V blower is I can grab the blower and (as long as the battery was previously charged) I can blow out my garage in less time than it used to take just to get my old gas powered blower running. Don’t like thatIt doesn’t have the air Pressure that my gas blower had.

I bought this for my father-in-law when Home Depot had it as their Deal of The Day after his gas powered trimmer broke down. I am a big fan of all things electric. The only item I own that runs on gas is a snowblower, as I haven’t yet found an electric option powerful enough to handle the heavy PA snow we get. My car, bike, power tools, yard tools, zero-turn mower are all electric and I love them all. Not having to deal with gas, spark plugs, belts, oil, etc is so liberating and I would recommend it to everybody! I gave this to my father in law and he was skeptical at first, but now all he does is rave about how much he loves this trimmer and blower and how efficient they are and how much easier they are to maintain. Maintenance consists of charging the battery between uses and replacing some trimmer line every few weeks. This trimmer is powerful , yet light and the blower can handle any task you throw at it. Piece of cake. If you’re on the fence about gas or electric, go electric and don’t look back. You won’t regret it!
