I am always needing a light when I work. The cordless feature of this light is so important. It is physically a little bigger than I expected, BUT, that is good. It seems to be rugged, has 3 levels of light. Can be mounted to a tripod and has built in handle to allow you to set it on the floor at various angles or hang from just about anywhere.

I have been comparing it to a $40 flash light with a USB port to charge my phone so far its as bright as the $40 flashlight but its larger with no USB port to charge my phone. One perk is it uses the batteries from my Dewalt equipment which are always around and charged so its ready for an emergency. Downside is its bulky and over sized for its function. Yes I get its not fair to compar a spot light to a flash light but the flashlight is smaller and doing the same work then some as the spotlight. Yes the $40 flashlight out preformed the Dewalt flashlights like it was nothing. Would I recommend this spotlight yeah it gets the job done, but youre paying extra for the ability to use the Dewalt batteries.
