More than happy with the ease of assembly – Basically none and it is much brighter than another brand I use. construction quality is good/very good with the exception that the neck of the tripod is a little wobbly when fully extended. that said, it doesn’t feel that their is an issue, just that they are giving you all the length they can with the materials provided giving a little less support in the sleeve area at full extension. I would have no issue buying another one.

Great addition to my kit! Needed a portable light for putting up lights after rewiring, and this seem like a good idea. Liked that it uses the same batteries that I already had. Very portable, and extremely bright! Got about three hours use on high from a 4 amp hour battery. Found several other uses for it since, including deer camp!
