Very quiet running mower which is good for my neighborhood. When asked, my neighbors had not heard me mowing. Easy to set up and store. Now I need to make a shelf to store the batteries and chargers.

I won’t lie, I kinda splurged on this, but it was worth every dollar. I spent the extra 250 on two 20v/60v flexvolt 9ah batteries as well… and a couple fast chargers since it only comes with 1 slow charger and 2 5ah 20v batteries… I live in town and have a smaller yard but it still took three charges on those to complete my yard, but now I can do it all without stopping by starting with big ones and swapping to small when they are empty. So I probably spent close to 700 on all but, I can mow my lawn anytime and it’s so convenient to not worry about gas or oil, push the button pull the hand trigger and go. Quick, easy, cuts super well, easy blade height adjustment, and best of all I can pick it up with one arm it’s so light, even with a full metal body, only couple things I do wish it had are a light and maybe move the blade height adjuster seems to catch if edging along right side. Other then that super happy and impressed with this tool.

Cut the cord. So much power in this thing with way less weight than a gas-powered mower. Still, no chain drive, so you’ll need to actually push this thing. I love the way it cuts. I love how quiet it is. I love it as part of my 20-volt MAX platform collection. (I have a chainsaw, a hedge trimmer, a weed eater, and a vacuum).

Mower is easy to handle and mows well. I use to trim around edges of yard and around trees so battery life isn’t tested like it would be for others. I use about twenty minutes and still have all three bars showing on batteries.

Definitely get the option with bigger batteries; two 5ah batteries won’t get you very far. Two 9ah 60v batteries get me through two cuts on my 1/4 acre lot as long as the grass isn’t to too tall or wet.

Only reason for average review and not excellent is that a part is missing. The part is only a bolt but it is of a unique design that holds the handle together. I called Dewalt and they referred me to a link that had a diagram with part numbers of the mower. But unbelievably my specific model was not in the link and so I could not find the bolt. Two other very similar mowers were there but not mine. I have jerry rigged a regular bolt which works ok but there is a wobble that should not be there. In addition when the boxed item arrived, it appeared to have been opened and taped back together. Was this a return? Who knows. On the plus side the mower works fine. Some reviews criticize the poor battery life but my lawn is small so the run time is fine for me.

My first mowing, the grass was moist do to morning dew and way to long. I put (2) 12 amp hour batteries in this mower and this thing mowed like a champ for 47 minutes before it finally stopped. If my grass wasn’t so wet and extra long I think it would have lasted twice as long. I would definitely buy this mower again. One more thing, it is quieter than my vacuum.

Overall great product I have a smaller yard and can fully mow the front and back without loosing a bar on the battery. Love that I can use other batteries besides the flex volt as I’m a contractor and have many dewalt batteries.

Great mower, however, wishing battery life would be a bit longer. Also, the highest setting is actually quite low. Not sure how well it’ll work during the heat of the summer when I want to leave my lawn a bit longer.

Good quality mower. The one I got has a bent front wheel. Took quite a while to diagnose and found the metal rod and wheel connecting piece are poorly welded causing the overall bent shape. Good design though, poor manufacture though.

The mower works quite well and with the 9AH batteries, I have no trouble mowing my entire yard on a single charge. I knew it was not self-propelled, but it’s still taking a bit of getting used to. It does take a bit more effort, though it’s not hard. My only real complaint is the small size of the catcher bag. I empty it quite a bit more often than with my old mower. Overall it’s great.
