The DCR002 Bluetooth Radio Adaptor gives users the ability to turn a radio with a 3-1/2 mm auxiliary input into a Bluetooth-compatible radio. Users can now wirelessly stream music from their mobile phone or another Bluetooth-compatible device to their current jobsite radio, while their mobile device is kept safely with them and accessible at all times. The DCR002 Bluetooth Radio Adaptor is compatible with most major brands of jobsite radios that have an auxiliary in port and can also be used beyond the jobsite in vehicles, with home stereos, and any other device with an auxiliary input.

The product works as advertised. Overall, a solid bluetooth adapter. I did not test range, as my use requires only ~10 feet. Audio quality is consistently good while the unit is connected to USB power. The one criticism I have has to do with a connection problem. I left the unit plugged in, but the cable became slightly pulled away at such an angle that charging was interrupted. The unit worked until the battery died. instead of shutting off, the unit just cycled through a connection and a beep, over and over. I didn’t understand what was happening for a few minutes until I tried reconnecting the USB cable. I had to leave the unit to charge for a few minutes before the cycle would stop. I would prefer some cleaner behavior or clear indication of status rather than a confusing series of beeps and no performance.Overall, this unit works pretty well. If you need a bluetooth adapter, this is a good choice.

Ok this item its great for the first 2 weeks, you can almost go all over the house with your mp3, iphone, what ever but afther 2 weeks of usage the distance drops, you can’t go has far has wean resently open from the box, other than thats its a good item if you dont mind living your phone on a table or at a near location 75ft away its good

I have a DeWalt radio/charger the model before the Bluetooth came out didn’t want to buy a new radio so I bought this attachment. It has good range Plus the thing I like most is that It lets you use your phone and the music just keeps playing great product would recommend

Just purchased the Dewalt DCR002 works very well has no problem with my Samsung S7 Edge. I wasn’t too sure about purchasing this item after reading the reviews so it shows you shouldn’t believe everything you read
