The DCR006 Jobsite Bluetooth Speaker is ideal for users who are very mobile and need a lightweight, portable and convenient music solution. The AC/DC powered Jobsite Speaker gives users the option to listen to music from their mobile phone or another Bluetooth-compatible device wirelessly, while their mobile device is kept safely with them and accessible at all times. The Jobsite Speaker includes an aux port to play music from their non Bluetooth-compatible devices as well as a USB Power Port for convenient device charging while powered by DEWALT battery or AC power.

This speaker was purchased as a gift for my husband, he loves it however I do wish it would have come with a radio tuner as well as the bluetooth. Another brand offered both for $199 which i think is way overpriced so i think this is the better deal. He said it has great sound in the shop which is very large so he can always hear it while working in different bays.

If it had an Aux Out it would be awesome. The Aux is IN to allow it to be used as a wired speaker. However, if it had an AUX OUT you could use the bluetooth to run a stereo as a pass-through. It has no handle but does have two small holes in the top back. I tied a piece of paracord there for use as a handle and to hang it. If you want better sound hang it on a wall off of the floor. Its physics. Test it out if you like. Put it on the floor on the wall then hang it on the wall. Put it on a ladder away from a wall then put it at the same height and distance, but on a wall.

It’s a good enough speaker, does not come with the expensive battery, so find a package set (drill with two batteries and charger), but don’t buy the battery alone–they run about $60-80. . . almost doubled the price of the speaker. Honestly, I would have preferred a Bose, but those woodworkin’ boys like the “look” of this tool (speaker)
