Rep said this would charge a flexbolt battery. It does not. There’s not enough room to fit a thicker battery, only the very basic 20V ones.

The antenna needs to be longer in order to pick up better channel reception and I would recommend a cd player in order to play music cds on this radio. Other than that there is no other issue with this product. The sound is good the receptacle is good for plugging in saws, drills and other tools, and the battery charger has worked like a charm.

Well it work just like I thought it would. The one thing I don’t like on it is the USB port and, pocket. The pocket is to small for it to work.

Well, I’ll try the short . Bought the 120 stereo set at Walmart , plugged it in returned it .. 4 hours. Went to Depot next morning 6 am got this just what I wanted. Very cool.sounds like Boss , Went back got the drill set. Hah. 🙂

I’ve owned and used this daily for about two years. It generally hangs from the roll bar of my JD Gator and so far has faithfully performed as advertised. It’s been out in light rain and snow, and the large controls allow usage while wearing gloves. I also have the bluetooth module, and it works well with my iPhone to about 30-40 feet. I’m a satisfied DeWalt consumer.

Better than I expected. Has great features and charges batteries when connected to AC. Plays off a battery if there is no AC. Can stash a cell phone or keys in side compartment. Has USB charger port and Aux power for whatever. Has two 115 V AC outlets for other stuff like another charger or work light or whatever. Has dial lights that only come on with touch to save battery. Great reception and five program buttons for favorites. Love it. Ran four days on a battery and battery was still at full charge. Battery charger box is sealed to keep out dirt, and liquids and opens easily. This radio is coffee proof and easy to clean.

Great sound on this beastly radio, has decent bass and sound quality. Very durable, knocked it over and it’s dropped a few times, still works. I like the 2 outlets on the side for charging batteries or plugging a tool in. I even bought the Bluetooth device to use my phone with, which is stellar by the way that it plugs right into the radio. Only downside is lugging it around long distances on the job site, can get heavy after walking it with carrying your tools. It’s my garage radio now, love it!

The instructions to get it up and working for all features were so easy to follow. The sound quality of the radio is amazing. I work in a cheese plant with a lot of medal and machines.
