Great little router. Packs a good amount of power and it’s real easy to change tools and adjust the height.

Works well so far used for routing out vinyl posts for fence installation. That’s what purchased it for and does what need it to do.

Very compact, easy to handle and very easy to change bits thanks to the locking spindle.I used it with 6A, 4A and even 1.5A and never run out of batteries for the work (max 30 mins of routing per “session” )

Great router! I love using different router bits and seeing what I can make. No matter what battery you use it provides plenty power

I have the 611 corded style of this router and this one is better. Its so much more easy to handle and has comparable power. It seems like this is also quieter then the corded tool. Good balance and decent runtime make this router perfect for putting the edge on a board without getting all tangled up in a cord.

Good quality, spindle has a little more play than I had hoped, but aside from that it’s pretty well made, should last a long time in the shop.

can’t imagine how i managed with a corded model for so long. paired with a 3 or 4 ah battery its very light and nimble. love that you can set is upside down on the table. would like to see a on/off button that you can feel easily, you have to search for the button because you normally hold the router at the base. love the soft start, last router i had you always felt a kick which can be bit terrifying. love the adjustment system and the base can also be removed very quickly compared to what is was used to. base is a bit thick but i don’t mind. love the clear, half square plate. ps. my old router was a makita model. now i have to go buy accesoires

It’s a great small router. I’ve been a custom cabinet maker and trim man for over 20 years and this is a super handy tool to have. Works great for small quick jobs.

It exceeded my expectations. I just wish it had more attachments like my Bosch trim router does. It will still see a lot of use.

This cordless brushless 20 volt Max reciprocating saw was a Christmas present from my wife, but I picked it out. I haven’t used it too much, but researched it quite a bit and my expectation is high. I did make a few cuts outside on branches and small dead wood in the woods and yard, when you don’t want to use a chain saw. Quick cuts and plenty of power. It is compatible with batteries for my drill and driver set also.

First, the best part: Cordless. It’s a dream to not have to worry about a power cord getting in the way. It is pricey vice a corded router, but the convenience of being able to take this wherever I need it is great. That being said, have spare batteries or the bigger 6AH ones. This can only be used with 1/4″ chucks, vice the bigger routers which accept both. I would recommend this router if you have the need for a cordless router, but a corded router is much cheaper.Pros:- The weight is nice, even with a 6AH batters, feels balanced- Adjustable speed control- LED lights- Great for various types of work that require a smaller router- Feels well madeCons: – Speed dial is easy to turn and could change speeds just by accidentally hitting it when routing.- The latch doesn’t always shut securely. This may be due to the fact that there’s an adjusting hex screw.- Changing the bit isn’t quick or easy to get to.
