Didn’t want to spend this much but it came with a charger, battery, and carrying case so with all that included it’s not a bad deal at all. I really like the compact size of the sawzall and the ease if changing and rotating the blade anyway you want is very nice. So far I’ve used it to cut PVC pipe and a 4×4 timber it went thru both with no problem.

Loved this tool and after a year of having it is still cutting strong. I’ve put it through so much torture and it’s still holding up. As any sawzall it eats up the batteries like it’s nothing so it’s good to have some extra. But overall it’s awesome!

I worried about the battery life with a tool such as this being battery powered, and I was right to do so. The battery does not last much longer than 5 minutes of continuous use. I thought DeWalt would be better than others might be, but I was wrong. I wish I would have just purchased a corded saws-all.

What’s the point of a battery operated tool if you can’t use it because the battery dies so fast. On the positive side there is some nice down time to relax when waiting for the hot, dead battery to cool down some and recharge.

This tool works great for the handyman job I pick up in my town, no need to haul around my heavy Reciprocating saw and running power cord. when doing work far away from electrical outlets. it’s light weight, I’ve had it only about a month and so far has met all my expectations. the fact that blade can be fixed in 4 positions is just a fantastic deal breaker for me.
