Charged the battery when I first got it and I have not needed to charge it again. I have been using it for several months and it is still showing 3/4 charge on the indicator.

It is a good deal. But the physical size of the battery does limit the tools it does go in. It will not fit in the 20 V bandsaw that we have. The battery will not fit in the DeWalt DCA1820. If there is a guard around the battery it may not allow the battery to fit .
