I bought this Saw last week and immediately undertook demolition of a 760 sq ft deck. The project took approx 5 hours (of course the saw wasn’t running the entire time) cutting over 200 5/4ths pressure treated deck boards and over twelve 2” x 6” joists all on one charge and it could have kept cutting. With the new blade it cut through this aged lumber like a hot knife through butter. Both my son-in-law (my informal foreman) and I were so Impressed with this Dewalt corldless saw with the 20v 5ah battery that he is getting one as well. I have owned a Dewalt cordless drill and an impact driver for 4 years and they perform equally well. Very well built products……the reciprocating saw is next.

Fantastic tool. I’m so glad i got the case and battery with it. If you are going to be using it a lot i would suggest getting either a spare battery or a corded unit. Either way it’s great to have handy if you need to make those much needed cuts.
