The DEWALT DCS565 20V MAX* 6-1/2 in. Circular Saw is ready to take on a variety of cutting applications with a combination of performance and versatility. It features a powerful brushless motor that delivers 4,950 RPM for fast, accurate, and consistent cutting. Tool-free depth and bevel adjustments provides a max depth of cut of 2-1/8 in. at 90° along with a max bevel of 50°. This saw is equipped with a Magnesium shoe, built-in rafter hook, bright LED , and optional dust chute. Battery and charger sold separately.

I bought these when they went on sale. I can’t say I would have purchased for the full MSRP. The battery starter pack is great for both heavy duty and light usage. The smaller pack is amazing for smaller spaces or when you don’t want the weight of the larger 6AH pack. The bundled group is a good value. I have DeWalt cordless tools and highly recommend that you stick with one brand, be it DeWalt or another, so you can use the batteries in all of your cordless tools.

Have not used it much as yet,but confident in DeWalt quality. The saw has all the features I have always wanted- powerful brushless motor, light,hook,brake, mag. shoe ,dust chute,and lightweight. Throw in an extra tool and its irresistible. Only drawback could be the plastic guard otherwise its a steal of a deal. Motor is on the left which is great for right handed users for a better sightline. And oh yes ! my batttery lasts much longer now. Great for DIY and powerful enough for my job site.
