I have only used it a couple times, but this saw is the best battery powered saw I have ever used. Ripping 2×6 treated lumber with ease! Quiet compared to my corded saw, and powerful. A little expensive, but worth the money…so far.

What a superior saw. I got it to use for cutting cap stones for retaining walls. I got a good 50 caps cut on one battery. Having two batteries made my work go smoothly workout interruption. What a great saw. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cordless saw that has the power to give you all the cuts you need. I’ll be building a shed in the spring and I can’t wait to see how it preforms. Great job Dewalt

Works well. Cuts 2×4 and dimensional ember fine. Great for taking out and making a few cuts. Saves a lot of time by not needing to pull out and clean up extension chords. A bit pricey so you need to look for bundles and extra batteries.
