Works great cutting 2x4s and plywood 6 amp battery lasted for a couple hours but I was not consistently cutting. There was time inbetwee each cut. Like that it comes with fast charger and two batteries. Battery does add weight to saw makes it heavy for overhead cuts. Use 20 volt for over head. I have both this is. 60 volt Much more powerful and you can cut almost as fast as a corded saw. 60 volt blade runs at a slower rpm than the corded. Happy with the purchase.

I love the saw! Having the flex volt batteries is a huge plus as well. My only complaint is the duration of time that it took to arrive at the home depot near me. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Fortunately, I wasnt in a huge rush to use it because i had a back up. If I was using my circular saw each day and wanted to take advantage of the online extra battery offer I wouldn’t have been able to wait almost 2 weeks. It is a fantastic circular saw.
